Ate the salad and chicken marsala . I was sick for 3 LONG days. Didn't feel good even after that for up to a week. I reported to PA Dept. of Health. I know it was the food there because I didn't eat all day prior. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
