I woke up in the middle of the night the next day with horrible stomach pains in my upper abdomen behind my belly button. I thought I needed to go to the restroom so I went to the restroom and soon learned that not only did I have to go to the bathroom but I also needed to throw up. I laid back down woke up later in the day the same problems. I threw up again, had a really high fever, I couldn't stay awake but I was in so much pain that I couldn't sleep either.
