Severe Food Poisoning ER - Olive Garden, Wentzville Missouri

We went to eat at Olive Garden on Friday, June 15, 2018. Within hours of eating I got severely sick,severe cramps, diarrhea with blood in my stool, vomiting, chills and severe headache. Had to go to the ER because I was so sick and couldn’t keep anything down. They did a cat scan to make sure there was no other culprit causing the blood in my stool and there wasn’t.
