Olive Garden
Ate a salad and got as sick as could get. Had to go to hospital from such a bad case of Food Poisoning. HUGE stomach pains, unable to keep food down and lets just say backdoor wasn't pleasant either. (Happened on April 19th 2013) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
