Lamb Dinner Illness Outbreak - Oliveira's Steak House, Somerville Massachusetts

Sunday July 14th about 4:00. Our family went to dinner after church it was the only meal a lot of us had that day. About 3 of us had the lamb not sure, if it was more, we were a very large party. Shortly after 1 person vomited, another person had explosive diarrhea. I didn't start feeling the effects until about 8 o'clock Sunday night with diarrhea and nausea. I was up multiple times using the bathroom.
Maybe somewhere about 7 am I did vomit, had stomach cramping, stomach soreness. I also experienced really bad Charlie horses in my leg early Monday morning. Just achy and continued diarrhea for about a day and a 1/2. I had to call out of work for 2 days because of the symptoms. Tuesday morning I was able To eat a few crackers. I haven't had diarrhea in about 7 hours but I feel extremely tired and my leg and body is sore. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Soreness
