Fiesta Chicken Illness Report - On the Border, Lee's Summit Missouri

7 years ago reported by user-qxjg1535 business

On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, Northwest Chipman Road, Lees Summit, MO, USA

1800 Northwest Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, 64081 Missouri, United States

I ate there on 05/31/2018 around 4:30 pm
I ordered and ate the "Grilled Fiesta Chicken"
That was my only meal for the evening, around 9:15 pm I began feeling draggy, dizzy, weak. Around 1045-1100 I began feeling nauseated. Soon after I began vomiting and it did not stop until 5am. It left me weak, dehydrated and wore out. I was unable to care for my mother properly the next day "I'm her primary caregiver, she suffers from vascular dementia". I will be pursing legal action. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness, Dizziness
