I eat yole with the lotus topping and had diarrhoea the next day for 4-5 times. I track my daily food intake in my food journal n never had diarrhoea. Until! Gosh horrible. I dont know is it the yogurt process unhygienic ? Or the lotus caramel container seem always open never has anything to cover it? | Symptoms: Diarrhea
