Oreo Reaction: Cramp, Diarrhea - Nabisco, Forney Texas

I had one regular size, normal stuffed, original flavor, Nabisco Oreo at 6am January 30th, by 7am I was doubled over with stomach cramps, sweating, vomiting, and diarrhea. I initially assumed it was from dinner the night before, but I had eaten the same thing earlier that day without issue. So I wrote it off as the food didn’t set well. Never crossed my mind it could be the Oreo cookie until my husband informed me that he ate just one cookie before going to the grocery store then he had to leave without finishing shopping and rush home because it gave him diarrhea. I did notice the taste was off and wasn’t as good as I remember. I love Oreos but thankful I only had one this time. Considering sending to a private lab, to have tested. I nor my husband have ever had this reaction to them. Oreos were purchased at Tom Thumb in Forney, Tx January 16th, 2026, We always remove from packaging and place in sealed container to keep fresh. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Sweating
