Additional information: April 27th from Original Chop Shop I had the teriyaki chicken bowel and green juice so one of those. I just have never been so sick in my life from food. A few hours after eating I was throwing up for 12+ hours. I am appalled. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
