This evening, Mixed green salad The only difference between my meal and my husband’s was the side salad I ate. We ate at around 6 and I started not feeling well at 7;30. I was nauseous and had a stomach ache. By 11 my diarrhea started. At 12:00 I woke up and ran to the bathroom and was violently vomiting everything out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
