It had to be the gumbo mumbo sandwich because I hadn’t eaten anything else that day. I ordered takeout yesterday and it didn’t taste off, just a bit salty. Anyway, I ate my sandwich and by last night I started with a stomachache. All day today I have been vomiting, nauseous and having diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
