- High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed approximately 35+ live flies flying in the dry storage area, approximately 8+ live flies touching dirty dishes by the dishwasher, approximately 10+ live flies on the wall by the handwashing sink in the kitchen and 3+ live flies in the dining room area. Observed 1 live fly flying into the reach in cooler when door opens. **Repeat Violation**
