Felt unwell after eating the ozbox (salad and stix). 6-7am felt very unwell. Since 8am having dirreah. 10am threw up. All of the food from last night from osmows came back up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
