My bf, last night continuing today from here The only thing he ate was shawarma I'm reporting for my boyfriend so I don't have all the details but he's been ill the last 24hrs. It began a few hours after eating with upset stomach and moved to frequent toilet breaks/diarreah. He felt nauseous and stomach hurt enough that he went to bed early and passed out immediately.
