Weds June 28 Cobb salad or maybe the Philly cheesestake dip that I ate. Thursday the next day I experienced stomach cramps, fever, diarrhea, vomiting, chills and fever. I couldn't eat for almost 3 days and could barely drink the first day. I'm still beinf very careful with eating because I still have stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
