On Saturday, 9/14/24 we ordered dinner from Pagliacci's Pizza, it was delivered around 5:45pm. At least 6 people exhibited stomach cramping, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea within 24-48 hours. Three were children under the age of 6 and three adults. One adult had to go to the Emergency Room for his symptoms as he also experienced severe tremors and weakness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
