Ate pizza here the other night and within 2 hours had terrible stomach cramps, this progressed along with diarrhea for the entire next day, then in the middle of the night the following day with the worse stomach pains I have ever had in my life. I almost thought my appendix would rupture. I started vomiting violently and still feel sick now the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
