Buffet Meal Causes Illness - Pancho's Mexican Buffet, Humble Texas

Went July 14,2019 and had the buffet. That was about 7:30pm and about 10pm I had the worst gas. By 11pm diarrhea (1-3 times per hr) started with fever and stomach cramps. 8am on the 15th vomiting started. I didn’t leave my bed for 3 days and the cramps lasted 6 days and other symptoms lasted 3 days.
