I got a large order of Orange Chicken at around 5 pm. I stayed the night at my girlfriend's house and by 12:30 am I could feel a pain/pressure in my stomach. At around 5 am I ran to the bathroom to vomit/use the bathroom but held it in as to not embarrass myself. I left at 7 am, got home by by 7:45, and threw up all over 3 of my blankets. I was beyond freezing, too, with severe muscle aches. I was also dehydrated and could barely walk. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
