After eating , chow win and orange chicken at this restraunt I got uncontrollable explosive stool for a couple hours straight while getting servere adombinal cramps I went to bed feeling a little confused and having a horrible migraine. I got up in the middle of the night and violently threw up all the contents in my stomach for 5 minutes uncontrollable and never-ending and now I keep feeling like I'm about throw up again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Migraine
