PE Takeout: Chills, Vomiting - Panda Express,

Got PE to go on 8/3/14. Was fine at first woke up at 2am w/ chills, nausea, aches & finally violent vomiting. Initial episode lasted abt 4 hrs . Spent all next day in bed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
