Ate Panera's (on Central Ave in University District) chicken and quinoa salad w/ dressing yesterday afternoon. A couple of hours later I ended up with horrible diarrhea, I still have it, and it shows no signs of stopping soon. :( I might end up in the ER or urgent care if this doesn't start to clear up soon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
