Tuesday January 30 a had a Caesar salad from Panera bread from Celebration, Kissimmee. FL Around 4 am I wake up with a terrible stomach pain and urgently to go to the bathroom, terrible diarrhea that did not stop until next day that I got  some antidiarrehic  medicine , then I started vomiting anything that I was drinking to hydrated myself. I miss my job for 3 days . I was very ill with fever. Hope not too many people got sick like me . That was the only food I eat the day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Nausea
