I had the Mediterranean Quinoa Almond salad with Greek dressing. 2 hours later I had diarrhea and waves of nausea. Hot and shaking. I couldn't throw up though. I ended up going to the ER about 3 hours after symptoms started and got an IV and Zofran. 12 hrs later I am weak and tired and not hungry but otherwise ok. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Weakness, Shaking
