BBQ Chicken Sandwich Illness - Panera Bread, Riverbank California

Yesterday evening, I bought a BBQ chicken sandwich, and that's all that I ate. But I started getting sick a couple hours later. Nothing other than I was sick most of the night until everything was out of me. The sandwich was all that I ate yesterday (for dinner) since breakfast.
