05/07/2023 - Ordered at 2:27 PM and delivered by DoorDash. 16 oz Mango Smoothy, 1/2 Greek Salad, 1/2 Mediterranean Sandwich. In retrospect, the smoothy was warmish rather than being icy cold. I think that's where the problem was. Violently ill beginning roughly three hours after the meal and lasting for the next nine or ten hours. Symptoms included severe vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, intestinal cramping, chills. Additional Information: Spouse had 2 - 3 oz of the smoothy and reported some intestinal discomfort a few hours later, but that was the extent of it. I was the idiot who drank the rest.
