Became sick and throwing up violently only a couple of hours after eating. Myself, my wife, daughter, and sister in law all got sick after eating. Ate Panera at about 2 PM on 12/27 and wife and sister in law started vomiting around 7 PM. Daughter got sick around 1 AM and I finally got hit with it at about 3 AM. We had chicken pesto ciabatta and chipotle chicken avo melt. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
