I️ got this for lunch about an hour ago. The sandwich tasted a little sour, so stopped eating it. I️ have extreme stomach cramps, nausea and have had diarrhea close to 10-15 times since. I️ have a terrible headache, but the cramping in my stomach is worse | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache
