Food Safety Report: Panera Bread.

I bought the power kale salad and it is delicious. Unfortunately, within 20 minutes, I experienced diarrhea and nausea.

On a separate note, I noticed that the food preparation staff were not wearing their hair back and touched doors , cabinets, receipt machine, and other objects with their gloves and them immediately returned to touching food. The staff was working extremely hard to meet the customer and store manager demands. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
