Soba Noodles Cause Illness - Panera Bread, Denver Colorado

For lunch I ate half the salad in the restaurant and asked for the soba noodles to go since I had to go pick up my kids. When we got home I put the food in the fridge. That evening I heated up the soba noodles for dinner, they were mushy and didn't taste right so I stopped eating it after a few bites. in less than an hour my stomach got really big and started to hurt. I spent the night rolling in sharp horrible pain, waking up nauseas and throwing up every hour on the hour. I thought diarrhea was coming next but instead I was painfully constipated and suffered painful sharp gas pains for the next 3 days. It's been a week and my stomach is still not back to normal. Not sure if it was the salad earlier in the day or the few bites of soba noodles. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Diarrhea
