March 27, 2023 at Panera Bread in Waldorf MD. Stayed in the hospital 2 weeks with NG tube Insitu, unable to walk admitted via ambulance to Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring MD. Regurgitated six times at Urgent Care Kaiser Largo, Md containing contents of chicken noodle soup. Chicken noodle soup inside restaurant. Selective Insurance was Panera Bread company Christine Noble was the agent. She denied my claim after receiving over 1000 hospital records from Holy Cross Hospital, Kaiser Permanente and Charles County Regional Hospital. I Lost hair , my feet were peeling, had to have a molar tooth extracted and list 25 lbs. Right now paranoia has set in. I'm afraid to eat out, which I have always done. I don't have the trust I once had. Christine Noble denied my claim; she has absolutely no experience with medical claims. I could tell by the one- page summary she wrote; it was a joke!Update 05/05: I want to advise people not to use their insurance company Selective Insurance for their claims of being poisoned because they work for Panera Bread and will deny your claim no matter the reason. my hospital bills from being poisoned are way in the thousands and Panera Bread in Waldorf Md denied my claim holding me accountable for their negligence after me sending their insurance company over one thousand pages of hospital records from Holy Cross Hospital and from Kaiser.
