Severe Cramps, Nausea After Meal - Panera Bread, Phoenix Arizona

I work at a place next door and we trade with Panera all the time. Last night I ate my food and went back to work, about an hour later I started having insane cramps in my lower abdomen. I went to the restroom and threw up everything in my stomach and continued to be nauseous afterwards even though I felt a little better. I went back to work as we were almost done and ended up back in the bathroom with some of he most painful cramps I have ever had for about 15 minutes. My legs were shaking like crazy, but I managed to stand up and finish work. When I got home I had the worst diharea I have ever had in my life. The cramping continued and so did the nausea, now it’s the next morning and the symptoms continue. Definitely never eating there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Shaking
