Ate dinner at 5 pm, ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt. Around 10pm started feeling nauseous, ill, chills, headache, just overall feeling of uneasiness. At midnight threw up multiple times to include the sandwich as I could identify pieces. Next day still feeling ill with diarrhea. Everything I eat comes right out. I know it was the Panera’s food as all I had eaten that day was breakfast, skipped lunch and felt fine until I had dinner. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
