Papa John's
I ordered food from here around 7pm on 7/22/15. I was completely fine prior to eating here. By 9:30 pm I started forcefully vomiting every 10 minutes until 2am. I finally fell asleep and woke up around 5am so weak and dizzy I couldn't make it out of bed to get to the restroom. Absolutely terrible I will never eat papa johns again! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness
