Both myself and my girlfriend ordered a pizza via delivery from our local chain. Within about 30 minutes explosions were happening in both of our bathrooms with massive stomach pains. We were both in for about a good hour before we were able to come out. First meal next day, same thing, second meal, same thing. Now it is the third day and we have both eaten twice and exactly the same thing has happened each time. The part that is concerning is my vision gets blurry and I feel like I cant breath for about 10 minutes after each episode, like an anxiety attack. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
