Food Safety Report: Papa John's.

It hit me about 12 hours after eating it and I know for a fact it was the Papa John's because it's the ONLY thing I ate the whole day. I didn't have to go into work, so I ordered a pizza and just stayed in watching movies. 12 hours later, I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Needless to say, I didn't go into work the following day.
