Papa John's
pizza for lunch. all i ate all day bc i was busy at work. about 8 hours later vommitting, diarrhea, hot/cold flashes, chills, dry heaving and even passing out. I literally had no other food so had to be that. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
