Bbq chicken pizza, my wife had 4 slices. Sick within 4 hrs with fever, diaria/ vomiting at the same time and sever abdominal cramping. I had 2 slices next day (not thinking about it), sick 6 hrs later with high fever 103, severe abdominal cramping and severe diarist. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
