Ate pizza at 430pm. At 1230am I began vomiting profusely. The olives and pineapple had not been digested by my system. I vomited continously until 630am when I went to the hospital. When I returned from the hospital that afternoon, I discovered that our friend who shared the pizza also became I'll and was vomiting, just not as bad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
