I am a loyal Papa John's customer. I got food poisoning on September 29 2016. I was over at a friend house and she also got food poisoning

I missed out of work for a whole week because it is food poisoning. My first day back at work was October 11th. Something needs to be done about about this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
