We got the pizza on 8/8, I had 2 pieces. I didn't realize it was the pizza that made me sick and 2 piece last night 8/11 :( It was Papa Murphys take and bake pizza in Cottage Grove, OR. I never had it before; I am visiting. I ate the pizza first on 8/8. Two hours after I went to bed I was awakened with a horrible stomach ache. I blamed it on icecream. Last night 8/11 I had 2 leftover pieces. I woke up 1.5hrs after I went to bed with a horrible stomach ache and then had diarrhea throughout the night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
