Pâtisserie Ayda is recalling its pistachio sandwiches due to potential Salmonella contamination. The product was sold exclusively at their Roxboro, Montreal location between October 22 and December 16, 2025.AFFECTED PRODUCT:

- Lot Targeted: Units sold between October 22 and December 16, 2025
- It was sold at room temperature, by order only.
The issue was identified following a nationwide Salmonella outbreak linked to contaminated pistachios from Iran. The recall is classified as Class 1 and was initiated as a precautionary measure.
