Was a catered meal brought into my work and after eating I started to not feel right and wasn't sure what end that it was going to come out of - I ended up throwing up and had fever and chills and the tightness in the top of my stomach that I have never felt before. I found it really hard to drink anything -I tried pepto- gas x just anything to calm it down- I woke up this am with really intense cramping I read don't take pain meds for it but get nausea medicine -I went and got the OTC Nauzene it helped a lot I fell asleep for a few hours | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Gas, Cramps
