I received my food around 5pm on 7/13/19 and soon after had bloating and discomfort in my stomach, thought maybe I’d eaten too fast. Later the following morning around 3am, I woke from my sleep with severe pain in my lower abdomen, had to run to the bathroom and proceeded to projectile vomit and have liquid diarrhea. I only ate the honey-seared chicken and heritage greens for dinner last night, also I could see particles of their food in what I was vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain
