Horrible cramps then diarrhea after eating Pepperidge farms Carmel crisp cookies I am positive it was it because first time ate a few I got cramps but didn't think about. Had more later and more than I ate earlier and got more worse cramps a d diarrhea The cramps made you feel nausea but then it went lower intestinal cramps to diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea
