Closure date: 05/11/2021Cockroach infestation. The inspector found some live roaches under the dishwasher and some bulk food containers. There was also an “excess accumulation” of dead roaches, empty roach eggs and roach feces on top of the dishwasher and several roaches inside the dishwasher’s chemical control system.
