- Inspectors found a total of six live cockroaches throughout the restaurant at the kitchen entrance from the dining area, on the wall above the dishwasher and behind the three-compartment sink.

- The restaurant was also cited for improperly stocked bathrooms. Rather than providing customers toilet paper in the dispensers, inspectors said, toilet paper was stored above the dispensers inside both restrooms.
