Cockroach infestation. The inspector found live roaches near the reach-in coolers, then tapped a flashlight against the wall and numerous roaches came scattering out of a hole. There were also dead roaches in the same area, by the front register and on a prep table’s lower shelving. There was one other critical violation, for the dishwasher not dispensing sanitizer and a slicer being encrusted with food debris.
