Not sure but ingested large smoothie made with fresh pineapple and kale and other unknown fruits. Grocery truck was teaching juicing and blending. I am only one sick so far. I have Primary Immune Defiency Disease. Symptoms started within a hour after. Lasted all night and still ongoing. It happened Last night | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
