I ate about 3 slices of pizza & I started to feel crampy so I payed down and went to sleep the next day around 5 in the morning I'm capping like crazy so I go to lay back down and it just all came out I have thrown up 2 times and I can't hold food down I even threw up WATER ! what should I do ? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
